This Privacy Policy explains how Hervie ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Hervie mobile application (the "App"). Hervie is a goal and task companion app that helps you break big goals into smaller wins, track your progress, and build consistency with the help of your in-app companion.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

When you create an account and use Hervie, you provide:

• Account information — your name (or the nickname you choose for Hervie to call you), email address, and password (if you sign up with email/password)
• Single sign-on data — if you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name, email, and a unique identifier from that provider. We do not receive your password.
• Onboarding responses — the struggles you select, the type of support you prefer, your preferred reminder time, and similar preferences
• Your content — the goals, categories, tasks, notes, and any other content you create within the App
• Voice input — if you choose to dictate tasks, we briefly process and transcribe your audio (see Section 6)
• Support communications — messages you send to our support team
• Subscription status — if you purchase a subscription, we receive confirmation of the purchase from Apple or Google. We do not see or store your payment card details — those are handled directly by Apple App Store or Google Play.
